Was walking in the aisle's of my Dischem store when I saw Nature's Source Whey Protein Powder_450g retailing at R19.00.Can one trust on this product as a source of protein?

If you look at the label you will see its mainly carbs.. Its something like 80gr carbs 17gr protein/ 100gr. I think.. might be wrong. I use it as a carb replacement when i make shakes.. might not be the same brand though, i am just to lazy to walk down stairs and check :P

Just checked_Protein=12,93g and carbs=74,46g•I'll give this product a miss•

I guess it has its place, its a quick and easy carb when you cant get your hands on anything better, just not as your protein source ;)
