Hey guys,
What's your preferred or rather what is the better way to mix whey powders?Skim milk or water?

water,milk has to much lactose,lactose is milk sugars...water if u are trying to cut,milk only if u are trying to get in major calories

Whey already comes from dairy.. don't see the point of mixing it with milk

I take milk when bulking, and water when gutting.

I use milk when I don't hit my calories during the day. And it tastes legend with milk
