Pro - 10 supplements from dischem

has anyone tried those new supplements from pro-10 that dischem sells?any opinions on them???

We have tried the BCAA and the malto, both alright.

If you can stomach them plain or in with a protein shake then cool, if not the flavour mixers are pretty handy. They're cheaper than what else is out there but they could be a lot cheaper - especially when you look at www.basicsupplements.co.za

I'd buy raw from elsewhere and get the flavour mixers from Pro10 or similar and go that route.

im using aakg from them. It is cheap. I combine with with 6 beta alanine caps from supps sa and it gives decent pumps and buzz. But the aakg stinks like fish lol. So i mix it with my x tend pre workout

I tried some in the UK at Bodypower, so they are selling in the UK also their Whey Protein tasted great!

I just bought their casein protein and its tastes yahkk... :sick: and it also doesn't mix nicely. Thinking of getting some flavor mixer. Can't comment on the results yet.
