Good Morning to ya All,

I was advised not to have my BCA and Glutamin Powder with my Protein shake.

Apparentley the body doesn't recognise the BCA and Glut and does not absorb it?
It seems a bit far fetched to me, anybody heard of such a theory.

I was told to rather have it al seperate and spaced apart from each other?

Thanx Guyz
Have a Awesome day!!!

I Have read exactly the opposite. BCAA being a gateway amino and without it the Whey isnt absorbed properly.

thats a load of kak, however there isn't much point in having them all in the same shake because your whey already has them.. The glutmaine is fine in the sahke but rather keep the BCAA's for pre wo or intra.. No point in wasting them in a shake that has it already imo

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

That is bull shit. STudies with students at a university oversea proofed that if you take extra L LEucine with your protein shake you optimize the intake of the protein.
And BCAA consist of L Leucine, L Valine and Iso Leucine. A proper BCAA mix got them in a ratio of 2:1:1. Which means added BCAA is a double boost of L LEucine that will optimize your protein intake.

Sounds like some more wonderful "bro science", probably shat out by the same person who prescribes dumbbell curls while standing with 1 leg on an upside down bosu ball.

Since I started adding my results and recovery have definitely improved.
