ON availability?

Just got back in the gym after a year or so off due to a wrist injury. I used to use ON whey then, but now i see bodynut.net has basically ceased to exist. I got a mail from emile the other day about a church golf day thingy, dunno if he's now devoting his time to that kinda thing instead of providing us with some decent protein.

Anyway, back to the point, anyone know of a place in Durban where i can get ON? I was forced to buy shitty USN Pure Protein, better than nothing but not what i want to be tossing in my body.

dude why not try war whey protein,i have been using it for about 2 week now and i am very happy with it,there are a couple of us meeting up with ogre and some of the other forum members at frankies in westville on the 1st of november,why not come meet up and u will get to see the supplements that are available.... i am impressed with the WAR whey...i bought banana and coconut and i usually cant stand artificial banana flavours but it wasnt that bad...

Good plan, would be nice to see whats available. I must admit that the ON stuff got a little expensive, so a cheaper brand of the same quality would help the budget a bit.

This is going to be embarrassing, me out of the gym for over a year, meeting up with a bunch of guys who have been pushing heavy and eating properly for millennia... Arghh...

hahaha dude dont stress,we are all going to be there,fat,thin,tall,skinny it doesnt matter we are all trying to improve our bodies and the fact that we are having a meeting like this is brilliant seeing that we can discuss training idea's etc and put a new spin on things

Would be great to meet everyone, maybe help me fast track my route to a decent body again, got a little squidgy around the waistline over the last few months, lost my shoulders etc. Luckily stayed a little fit from spearfishing and action cricket, so shouldn't take too long to get back into the swing of things.

lol dont worry bud i was out of gym and eating for about 4 months lost alot and only been back just over a month and im going too so dont stress! ON whey is amazing i hav to say nothing i hav used comes close to it! but it is so pricey now i mean i use to buy the big whey bag 4.7kg for R750 and no the small tub is almost that even more than tha in sum stores! i reckon ryt now ssn is amazing aswel..but i am keen to try out war aswel!

Got my war Raspberry flavour from Ogre on Friday afternoon, sweet tasting stuff, and mixes super easily. Small world, turns out he knows one of my old mates, used to gym in the same place.

i also have been using war for about 3 weeks - cherries and cream is very nice. i am curious about what u said about raspberry as i was gonna order that next time : is it sweet (like too much sugar sweet) or sweet (as in very nice)? maybe i am not up to date with the street lingo...hehe

Sweet as in great. Probably one of the best flavoured shakes i've had. I can't handle chocolate, raspberry sounded interesting. It has a very creamy texture, very nice. Don't try it with oats though, made that fatal error this morning.
