Users of BCAA from Basic Supplements was created by Ondier
Good morning brothers

I am interested in buying BCAA capsules from LSJ. I see there are 500 capsules in the container- and usage is 5 to 10 grams per day, how many capsules do you take to get 5 grams?

Or can someone tell me how many mg of BCAA per capsule please?

Thanks

PS: I did send him mails too but think he is too busy and I am in a hurry to order :-)

10 Caps = 10g BCAA Powder.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I spoke to the guy who owns it on the phone the other day and you can ask for it in powder form if you want.

The only reason it was capped is because it tastes like crap raw, but add to some whey or use some flavouring and you don't notice. Will also save you popping 10 caps at a time!

I dont get this whole BCAA craze, doesn't whey have the same amino acids and a much faster absorption rate? Seems like a waste of money to me

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

I didn't get it either till I started seeing the results from it. One of the Olympic coaches we use from the old eastern block countries got me onto BCAA's and I have seen a lot better results from that over whey.

I also used to get some abnormal stomach reactions from whey, which may just be me, but never get that with BCAA.

Are you very sure about this? I assume he used size 0 caps and I don't think they will be able to hold 1g unless the density of the powder is very high. Maybe weigh some on an accurate scale first.

Just had a look, size 0 caps hold 0.68ml, so if you fill it with water the weight will be 0.68g. I don't think the density of BCAA is higher than water?

Its got a very light density and actually floats on water. More volumetric mass than gram mass

Ahh you see, then it's highly unlikely that you can squeeze 1g into a space where not even 1g of water will fit. However it depends on the size of capsule used, but it's probably size 0.

Size 00 holds 0.95ml of water and size 00el which probably looks like a setpil holds 1.02ml vol.

Well... I know his 500 Caps is the same price of 500g BCAA... So, i thought that either way it was 500g of BCAA... And when you want to take 10g of BCAA... its 10g powder or 10 caps?? I could be wrong!

@Deadgoat... Have a look at this:
