If you learn diet now, you will get better results than your peers using creatine or anabolic steroids. And your body will be healthier too.. I don't see using gluatmine at your age is a problem at all, but I wouldn't use creatine, the last thing you want is in your early 20s and you have renal failure, and needing to go on dialysis for the rest of your life to clean your blood..
