Liv.52 - liver support

I've previously tried to get hold of some Liv.52, but never found an affordable source. After the Marius Donhe interview in Tampa, I did some more googling, and realized it's actually available from a local distributor, at a pretty decent price.

I believe Liv.52 is quite popular during AAS cylces overseas, and might even repair liver damage. I grabbed a bottle of Cystone too, and use generic milk thistle as well. When I eventually start a cycle, I will also add some SAMe to the mix. I was diagnosed with a mildly fatty liver, which is why I'm using these products at the moment - my diet is pretty clean, with very limited alcohol consumption, but I want to give the thing a proper chance to cleanse itself of toxins and fat.

I've heard about SAMe. What is it exactly?
