What's Up

I'm looking for some advice on fat burners. I have never taken them before and I don't want to go and waste my money on some crap that won't work. At pick n pay, they're selling hydroxy cut for like R95 if I'm not mistaken. I looked at some previous threads and noticed a product called "heat"? Can anyone advice me on a reliable product?

thanks

Bro are you on a diet? If not then i strongly suggest that you contact DJ for a custom diet he will give you training programs and a diet and guide you through a 12 week course for a small amount.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.

Well, I eat very healthy and I want to start cutting now and maintain what I have. I'm working on trying to get a more defined 6 pack as well and cut as much body fat as possible. In laymen terms, I just want to be RIPPED. I have heard ultra cuts are good too?

Heat is quite hectic. But works quite well as well. There is a product slimique that that one of my friends used. It's more apparently aimed at woman but he lost like 5kg of fat in 2 weeks and retained hard muscle

If you are already following the principles set out in the dieting 101 sticky in the dieting and contest prep section....then maybe do fat burners. Most people say they eat healthy ut simply dont

I have been dieting since last November over 20 weeks and went from 109kg to 95kg with no fat burners and minimal cardio. I only started fat burner 10th weeks out from contest. Best fat burner is muscle, fed it properly and you will shred fat. Many people say their diet is good, I thought mine was to till I paid Dj and now look like a bodybuilder.
