O.k...probably just me having bad luck then.

I don't ever want to use any other supplements than basic supplements.

Really like the idea of buying straight raw but damn it seems that my orders gets fucked up every time.

You guys know how kak it feels to run out of whey and not being able to have you post workout shakes or between meal shakes.

If you leave it to the last minute like that, you can't really blame anyone else. I've had to buy small amounts of many things in life from non-preferred providers because of supply chain issues - petrol, chops, beer, etc.

Are you seriously not going to go to Dischem to get something to tide you over? Crap happens dude. No disrespect or anything, but it's important to always have a Plan B.

I usually place my orders 2 weeks before I know I'm going to run out.

I believe this leaves me with more than enough "safety stock"

Living on a farm 55k's to the closest dischem makes things more complicated.

If you get told every second day your order will arrive the next day then you rather wait for another day than to drive the 110k's.

Seriously...35days without my order being sorted out?

I really don't know this can happen.

In all honesty thats why I stopped ordering from Basic Supplements, good products, poor service, emails are almost never responded to, orders take to long to arrive. I rather pay for ON, from my guy in JHB posts it at R1000 to me within 2 days of ordering. I am always willing to pay extra for service. I may get burned on this but its true.

I have also been burned a little with them. But you are lucky Koe007, I am not in Fourways (I think thats where u said) to get that good deal on ON. I would also have taken that with that deal

I used to buy from Basic supps before he even had a website.I last ordered from Basic supps 3 months ago.The whole process was a nightmare,i practically had to beg to have my order sent to me.I rather order from lionsupplements
The service is excellent,protein content 80g/100g and the flavours are awesome.Also get free delivery within 2 days.Cant ask for more.

Wayne it does suck,but heres how I am, if I don't get service I leave and go somewhere my money is appreciated and business.
I am one of those loyal customers, you give me service I stick like glue and go nowhere else looking for small savings here and there, I pay for service and quality. If you have quality but no service, or service but no quality im gone. In business customer is king, fact.
That's why I only use LP and PGW, service is great, product is great, not one complaint, so when guys come and say I can get this or that R50 or R100 cheaper I smile and simply say no thanks.

True but LSJ started all this as a FAVOUR to the forum. He doesnt make much from all this.

I know he has had a bumpy ride lately and i will give him a break and keep supporting him.

Never had any probs with ordering form LSJ. Don't care if I have to wait a week for my supps. Well, never had to.

Yes brother I do- but decided to only do Whey Isolate as BS already supply a good Whey concentrate. I still have about 15kg left for the current order which should be ready end of next week www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/9-suppl...he-best-whey-protein
