good or bad change? was created by roger
Hi guys,

I am still new to training, supplements, etc so I am experimenting alot. I am almost done with my Syntha 6 whey protein and wanted to try something else. I bought the SSN Anabolic muscle builder. Its got basically everything in that I get with my Syntha 6 with additional Maltodextrine.

Was this a good or bad idea changing from SYntha 6 to SSN Anabolic muscle builder? I bought it so I have to use it, but just curious on the general comments with regard to this.

Keep well,
Roger!

Welome Roger

Alot of good info here. Read the stickeys (light yellow highlighted with a red duimspuikertjie under the different headings in the Index.)

Unfortunately I don't know the products you're using so can't give you any feedback there :-)

I don't know the Syntha 6 whey protein but I presume its a pure whey? If so keep in mind that the ssn muscle builder has added carbs so esentially more calories. If u are trying to add some weight then I'd say go for it. I'm beginning to really like SSN and believe it to be a good brand.

If I can give u any advice this would be it: once u have found a supp that works for u, stick with it. Can save u a lot of cash in the long run.

additional Maltodextrine is additional carbs,if u are trying to stay lean then this is not a good thing as they are mostly sugary carbs,rather just use the ssn 100% whey

@DJ

Would you opt for the BSN Syntha 6 whey or SSN 100% whey ?

If im low on cash I leave the ON for either SSN or Evox whey. Love them both, Syntha 6 is way overpriced, but is good quality, I prefer to stay away from Mass builders makes me fat.

Might be a stupid Q, but what is ON?
