I always wondered why DJ and Pump don't really use pre-workouts, when I stopped them 3 weeks ago and only used Oats and Raisins I now know, the Oats gives you prolonged energy and great pumps, the raisins are quick release energy. Cheap and effective

Yes you can tsg - just moer it all in a blender with a glass of water- raw oats- doesn't taste bad at all
