Ha ha, Mxt's response is probably gonna be the general reply:laugh: i haven't tried it but know of two people that got pretty decent results from it..
I've only heard good results about the Animal
M-pak/stack if you want to try that, but honestly id rather put that R350 that u would spend on USN towards some PGW Test, Way more effective!

i bought it n found it probably half as effective as mstack but i guess u pay for quality.. only baught it because it was on special so it worked out cheaper than milk thistle as it has liver protection in it..

the first 3 letters say it all "USN"............... i wudnt use it if was given to me...prime example my boss gave me a tub of 2kg usn whey he had used like 3 scoops hated it and gave it to me...i use it as a foot rest under my desk havent even opened it!

I would spend a bit more an go with an Animal pack instead. M-stak is a good one.

The best product that works day in, and day out by USN is their shaker

haha nope its hidden well but i must say makes a good foot rest hahaha! yea and that is tru about the shaker its outlasted my muscle science one haha!
