Anavite

Has anybody tried this multi vit before? Looks great and it takes care of your L-carnitine and beta alanine daily needs as well. Looks like it will work out more cost effective buying this than getting a good multi, beta alanine and L -carnitine. (is supplementing with beta alanine really that beneficial or is it overrated?)

@Koe007:if i remember corectly you are or were using Beta Alanine as well as L Carnitine. Would you perhaps say the anavite is a more cost effective way of combining a good multi vit with both these 2 supplements. Amnavite gives a 2g supply of L carnitine and a 3.2g supply of beta alanine with the vits.

Yes I was l-carnitine in the morning 2g precardio and beta alanine 5g pwo. I would give it a try price seems reasonable compared to optimen. Lcarnitine assisted with fat loss and beta alanine is great for sustaining energy levels. I'm gonna give this a try after the show.

thanks for reply bud! I also think its a good combination. Looks like its highly rated as a multi vit in the US. If you read about the reasoning behind their formulation it makes great sense as well. Im struggling to find a pure beta alanine. I know supplement world has a product from pure nutrition that is a pure beta alanine. Only problem is that its out of stock so i dont know the retail. Which beta alanine did you use and what was it price wise?

Truly appreciate the comment and support, I use pure nutrition one, when out of stock went for Supplements Sa beta alanine it's about R195 for 120 caps lasts about a month I take 5-6 caps a time
