Take the celltech post workout and a n hour later have a big meal with the glutamine as drink or watever.
The celltech will feed the muscles after the workout.
Doesnt it have protien in it tho? If it doesnt, u can try creatine anabolic post workout. Its very powerfull and has protien in it in the form of free form amino acids.
Just eat 30 minutes later as the heavy insilin spike u get drops and u need the food after that.
