Hi Everybody

I would just like to get a few opinions regarding Vitargo. :S

Long story short, i have to complete the 94.7 cycle challenge in just over 4 hours.

This past weekend i seriously discovered the IMPORTANCE of proper NUTRITION.
Seeing as this is an endurance race, energy has to be replenished constantly. Apparently Vitargo is the way to go.

Are there any similar products on the market that can provide the necessary replenishment as vitargo?

I am currently looking at SPS Vitargo Carbloader....seems like fair value for money... :huh:

SPS Vitargo Carbloader is very good stuff. My mate Quentin Fong (7th IFBB World Champs a few years ago), loves the stuff, but I suppose he gets sponsored by SSN.

I'm trying to stay on keto, so I avoid carb shakes.

I rate Vitargo to be a good quality carb, would recommend it for endurance athletes from what I've researched about it...

nutrition is the cornerstone of health

I would recommend a product called GI32 - very slow releasing carb drink that will keep you energised for hours. The main ingredient is Isomaltulose and a lot of the top endurance guys are using this.

Should be available at most Dischems.
