Brother

I've now been on your proprietary blend of Niacin, Beta Alanine, raisins and oats as a pre-workout for the last few days. It has simply rocked my world. Epic endurance and strength that I'm very pleased about and pumps are bloody good as well. Insane flushes and extreme tingles are a nice treat as well. I walk around the gym looking like a sunburnt rooinek with a moerse hangover. I've actually had ppl ask me if I'm ok...

Well done. I look forward to you sharing more of your little secrets!

+1 on Etwa's questions.

LOL, thanks well Oats and Raisins is Dj's, I added the Niacin 500mg, 5g Beta Alanine, PWO to give me a boost whilst a few weeks out from show as I had to drop creatine and other pwo's and it was perfect.

The bulk Beta alanine from supp world has been out of stock for a while now. I got the Pro-10 beta alanine caps from Dischem. Not ideal but there you go. It was priced at 220 so its not that much more. Each cap contains 1200mg of beta alanine so 4 of them do the trick. I simply remove the powder from the gelatin capsules and chuck it in my mix waiting in the blender...

How many caps do you get for R220?

@Koe: Why did you include the niacin?

Today I only took 2. The flush lasted about 15mins instead of the usual 30+ when 5 are taken. Really painful tingles in the ears though... I see you nuke your oats Koe. Any reason why you don't blend it raw with some whey PWO? I chuck the whey, oats, raisins, beta alanine in with some 400mls of water. 30 seconds later I have this chunky sludge - not unlike sheep vomit I imagine. Swallow it all down can be tricky but its done in 5 mins.

Lotsa ppl reckon that don't work. You get the flush for a reason... there's also a slow release which is 3 times the price and don't work either.

Koe, you mentioned that you have your oats first then down your raisins on your way to gym, any reason for this? why not add the raisins to the oats?

I know exactly what you mean bud, the things I look forward to are my oats in the morning, whey isolate and my muscle marinade. The rest is just like eating cardboard.

Haha, ya totally. Always have to have a glass of water next to me to wash the stuff down, especially tuna.
