It was priced at 220 so its not that much more. Each cap contains 1200mg of beta alanine so 4 of them do the trick. I simply remove the powder from the gelatin capsules and chuck it in my mix waiting in the blender...

I know exactly what you mean bud, the things I look forward to are my oats in the morning, whey isolate and my muscle marinade. The rest is just like eating cardboard.
