Biogen nitroplex

What do you guys think of biogens nitroplex? Its a vague Question but just want to know what the general consensus is?

The issue here is 'biogen *'

usn own biogen in part and the products are manufactured for dischem by usn.
i do believe however that biogen does have slightly better products than usn.
but since i found out usn made it, i hadnt used any of their products again

Still no one giving a definitive answer as to why it is kak? Because USN make it, does it mean that it is kak? :whistle:

international prices on a local supplement... its a moral thing. So most dont want to support any USN based business..

Ok besides charging an arm and a leg for a SA brand, is the quality kak? I'm just curious, don't use the brand and never have but it is a big brand now when you go into Dischem

I dont think the quality is an issue... as for the prices, alot of it is to blame on the pharmacies... my pharmacist does not sell supplements but he can still order for me and doesnt ask me any markup... so if you knew what I know... you would stop bashing brands and be marching to dischem with pitchforks and torches...

I will never buy a USN product apart from their protein bars which I must say are very tasty. All the other brands from Dischem are just as good if not better for much better value.
As for Biogen, some of their products like their glutamine is very reasonable, and I personally use it. In my view, glutamine is glutamine and you get the same quality no matter what brand you buy. Whey and supplements on the other hand take lab work to perfect and I would rather stick to the more reputable brands like SSN, SPS, Evox and Muscle Science for these products.

USN put 400% markup on all their products. Can't tell you who told me but he is very much involved in USN's manufacturing side. Honest truth :pinch:

Bit of topic, but everyone I know started with USN. Anyways I have used Biogen's Whey before and never again, the tast was horrible.

What I am saying is that I always see supp companies taking flak for their prices,
but nobody says a thing about dischem etc... they also take a bik cut... in the range of 100 to 120 per 2kg bag of whey... probably more

It's a long time ago. It was white in color so it was like vanilla/cookies and cream or something.

I think alot of people might have started out with if, because their marketing is rather good imo

We now know better and only use other supps

Please stick to the topic, open a new thread if need be...

Botton line is, Biogen works, if you have a problem with USN then don't use it, for me it does what it is supposed to and is cheap..

Had a Biogen protein bar the other day. Cost all of 7 bucks and tasted pretty decent...
