I've also used their products, the Berries and Cream is wonderful, that's true, I also use it in a blender to make smoothies and it works amazingly. I use the Immune Guard and it's upped my vitality and general health a lot, best multi vitamin and multi mineral i've used so far.
Some of my close friends (Hanro, Gerrie, Leo, etc) also had good gains with their products, gaining from 78kg to 84kg (Hanro) in about 2 months of good training and using their products, while shaking 2-3% body fat and getting really ripped...
I havent tried the LION CreaPure yet, but CreaPure is internationally known to be the best creatine available. it's also the same creatine used in NO Xplode and Gaspari Size On. I think its primarily from Germany, where other local brands import much of their creatine from China. German CreaPure is the only creatine that truly tests clean of any impurities, which means it doesnt have the bad side effects of Chinese creatine.
I want to start using the Glutamine soon, cause it's at a good price, so will tell you the results once ive used it...
p.s. I know some people who used their joint guard as well, and they've been recovering quicker from injuries and really seeing some great results in joint protection and flexibility.
