Ja it is more of an intra/post workout only supplement...
as if you had to use it like normal whey, you would probably get a creatine overdose...

I think so too, but they did state its for post workout only.
anyways, im gonna give it a try, seeing as my budget has been shot to death after furnishing my new flat.
while we are on topic, what whey would you guys suggest for my mrs? we currently both having SSN whey, but not too happy with the product recently.
