I recently got my chic back into training. This time she is training with me, weight training
anyways, she tried out some of my N.O Xplode and loved it, but seeing as the calories are abit on the high side (20 cal), ive decided to buy her jack3d. shes been on it for a week now, and its working for her.
now the question: since jack has creatine, can she take it as regularly as us guys? and should i be adding some creatine to her post workout (which is currently ssn whey)?
her goal is to gain lean mass, and loss some body fat.
