Worthwhile supplements was created by Ros
I'm having an absolute nightmare sourcing local supplement basics, hopefully I can get some recommendations!

Fish Oil:
Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know exactly why this stuff is full of win. The best I could find thus far is The Real Thing Mega Omega Oil, it goes for around R100/200ml.
I'd prefer to take it in liquid form, even though it takes absolutely terrible. Capsules simple do not contain satisfactory amounts of EPA/DHA.

BCAA:
I use BCAAs when I train fasted.
Powder is superior, even though it mixes like shit. Currently I use SSN BCAA Powder which goes for around R200/250g. I'm sure there's better options available!

Beta Alkamine:
I'd like to start experimenting with it. I get it in my Jack3d as well, but I'd like to start taking Beta Alkamine every day.
I believe Ondier is selling it on this forum - R150/500g.

I'd like to get some opinions on the above and any other products you can recommend. Whey/Creatine is obviously a given.
Are there better suppliers/prices/options available?

What about Glutamine??
Cassien for before bed?
Dextrose for post workout?

Omega liquid can be bought from Dischem... Just look in the fridge...

For BCAA... You can try MyoGaurdian from Titan labs... At least its flavoured... Else Basic Supplements has the caps.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Fish Oils:
www.lionsupplements.co.za/lion-omega-balance.html
www.supplementworld.co.za/product/omega-...sh-oil-softgels.html

BCAA's just check the prices. Most are more or less the same.

For Whey check LION Premium Whey or Ondier's Isolate Whey. Won't get better stuff than those 2 anywhere. Highest protein index as well.

For creatine never use anything else than creapure. They are the best in terms of everything and anywhere. Stay away from chinese stuff
