Arthroguard or Arthrojoint works well. SSN also make a supp called joint support complex, haven't tried it but I'm sure it works.

Cissus Q from SuppsSA might also help.

Get wrist support wraps pal, I missed nearly a month of training from inflammation in my wrist, they help ALOT! Take cattaphlam as well to sort out pain quick.

Guys, joint supps are not the answer to any injury. Yes they will help prevent injuries to the joints and speed up repair of the joint surfaces and capsule, but I can tell you now that most of these injuries are to the ligaments and tendons surrounding the joints, not the articular surfaces ar capsules...

Jay, what happened when you injured the wrist and what movements give you pain now? very unlikely that the injury is withing the wrist. NSAIDS will help in decreasing inflammation for a start, but you need to determine what the actual injury is...

Um, but im scared of needles...

the pain is on the outside part of the wrist, and a little in the hand. i can move it its just when there is to much pressure on it ,it tends to be painful, it really hurts when my palms are facing upward as in doing straight bar curls, i think i went a bit heavy.

I also hurt my wrist yesterday when moving my office desk. The pain only started last night, but it's pretty stiff and painful now... Will keep an eye on this thread, because I was planning on chest and maybe shoulders tonight. Luckily my leverage equipment is light on the joints, so I will see how it goes.

Some of my friends have been taking LION Joint Guard and been reporting good relief of joint inflammation and pain.
OsteoEze or ArthroBalance could also work. I think a lot of us underestimate the pressure we exert on our joints. Actually want to start taking some myself too, rather act preventative and keep the joints supported, lubed and healthy. Also, if you going to heavy in the gym and compromising on good form, you might put some extra unnecessary pressure on your ligaments, tendons and joints.
