it's only 81% protien!!!!

for that price its a rip off!!

but something i find very intresting is that that 81% i found on the usa website.

www.optimumnutrition.com/products/100-wh...-standard-p-201.html

is very diffrent from the performancesupplements one that looks like it only has78%protien!!
www.performancesupplements.co.za/index_files/OptimumWhey5.htm

very intresting!!

ON whey is triple refines thus quicker to digest! i dunno where the hell u got higher protein yeild as most ar roughly the same if you look at pure whey.... its quality but also you paying thick on conversion! i went from ON to WAR whey and i wont lie ON was amazing but WAR is very very good and at a fraction of the cost!

there is nothing worse than pretending to be something you're not

i honestly don't care if my protein powders 400times filtered through the urine of a million camels from the outter mountain regions of the Himalayas or has added this and that...i would rather spend the R1400 on whole food and cheap whey protein...you need to get in your protein and whole food is best...adding whey is a supplement to give u that extra protein and to pay R1450 for something is going to last me a couple of weeks in ludicrous even if it tastes like mothers milk...i'd rather have lots of normal tasting whey rather than minimal great tasting whey...at the end of the day u are using it for the same reason and u are not really going notice a difference unless the other elements of your diet is 100% spot on. all i care about it my whey protein having 23g of protein per 30g and i dont care if it is flavorless,i eat plain chicken breast so i can sure as shit drink flavorless whey protein.

Stand with the Dj here, rather invest in food than in a supplement name.
