Fat Loss Supplement was created by akag
Hi,

I'm going to be coming off a natural stack next week and want to start a cutting phase up until mid December. I've been looking at different fat burners, and while I know the ECA and HEAT are one of the best, I don't want to go to that extreme.

The diet I'm going to follow is a cyclic ketogenic diet, and with that I'll be doing cardio for 30 mins / 6 times a week.

Are there any decent fat burners on the market you think I could add to this mix? I'm leaning towards Animal Cuts but not too sure if perhaps I'm missing something else - from the reviews I've done most as crap.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks
Gino

L-Carnatine is a natural fat burner and seems to do the trick ;)

Thanks for the reply. Would you say it's better than taking something like Animal Cuts?

Sorry never taken animal cuts so can't tell you bud. Hope someone can get back to you on this one. Honestly if you're diet is correct, most fat burners will aid in getting to your goal.

Animal Cuts worked well for me the first week, afterwards I realized it is because of the diuretics it contains. I'm a big animal fan, but not worth the price we pay for it.

Yeah, I'm a big Animal fan too - take quite a few of their products.

Did you find any other over the counter supplements worked better than Animal? I'm specifically keen on losing some of the mid section fat, but don't want to go the HEAT or ECA route, if you know what i mean.

Hey bud.

Personally eca stacks have worked best for me. If you're thinking about muscle science ripped or usn phedra cut (and im not brand bashing here) they are a waste of money.

Why are you reluctant to go the eca route if i may ask?

I guess because they're illegal and worried about any major side effects.

Yeah, all roads lead to that it seems :)

Are you familiar with the cyclic ketogenic diet? It's what I'm planning on doing. Worthwhile?

Keto will work but again don't think you need to go to that extreme to loose bf%. Who is doing your diet for you and is it specific to your needs? Or is it something you have worked out yourself? Are you having carb up days? etc. Best is to start a new thread. Write down gram for gram what you will be eating, when your carb up days will be etc. Also include your stats, age, weight, height and bf%.
