So I got home from gym last night to find just half a scoop of post-workout mrp left.

I improvised with a glass of milk and a banana since that seemed easiest to digest.

But I was wonderering if you guys had any tips for those situations when only whole food is available....

I've been known to occasionally down a 500ml coke immediately post workout...

Raw eggs and milk if no pwo...
