Supplement Prices - Ludicrous!!!

Have you seen the prices of the Supplements lately?
Especially Muscletech and Universal Animal?

I love the Animal range and have been using the “Animal PAK” as my multi, and the “Animal Pump” (for the Nitric Oxide and Creatine Ethyl Ester) for a long time - have always had great results with it... But lately the prices for these two products have been outrageous :ohmy: (I used to buy them at DisChem, then later at Pick & Pay, since Pick & Pay got cheaper than DisChem at one stage)!!!

Anybody have any ideas where I can get my “Animal” arsenal somewhere much cheaper?
OR are there better products in your opinion that I should try?

Im thinking of trying BSN N.O. Explode.
Any comments...?

I also used Animal pak religiously - on runout.

I see that the prices on Supplementworld.co.za arent too bad - Except for the Animal Pump which is still priced at R700
I did some research on the N.O. Explode, and the reviews are excellent - The guys out there seem to love it.
I think I should give it a try, even though Im a big "Animal" supporter.

I see "Universal Animal" brought out the "Pak" in a can with 88 sachets...
Only thing is @ DisChem it’s priced at R1200.
I usually buy my "Pak" in bulk.

If I can find it cheaper I will let you know...

cheapest place to buy animal pak is still springbok pharmacy ( www.springbokpharmacy.co.za ) as far as a i know - R425 for 44 paks

I always regarded springbok-pharmacy as being a little expensive - but see they do actually have a few supplements that are well priced. Will do a better investigation next time;) and won't be prejudiced towards springbok-pharmacy.

I too am a Animal Pak fan . I find the prices a joke. I bought like 5 tins a while back because I knew the prices
would get more.. When my pak runs out (2 cans now) I dont know what to use.

I have heard Opti Men is pretty much the same thing , otherwise , buy at springbok-pharmacy.

As mentioned by MX-t a while back there are other alternatives just shop around and the multi Vit section .
