MRP

Hi brothers! Hope you're all well.

Just need a little help choosing a good mrp... Anyway I've always bought pure proteins and always added mmy own carbs to the meal. But its getting rather expensive. So I'm looking to buy a good mrp without a tonne of carbs. Any suggestions?

What was your mrp mixture?

Yeah I was actually considering one of those bud. Ideally, 50g protien and around 30carbs.

Yeah but what did you use to make your own mrp?

Oooh, no I didn't actually make a mrp shake. I'd just have some comlex carbs with the shake... Brown rice... Etc...

Just btw... Mega grow and 5xl... How do they taste and how's its consistancy?

Well I used it a while back these days I eat more.
But the taste was amazing get the 5kg mixed flavor then you get 3 flavors!
It makes a very thick shake but it really tasty and keeps you full!
