juz want 2 know what creatine product do some of u use all the time, do u use a transporter mix, what brand, or do u juz mix ur own with monohydrate, and what brand mono do u use?

Nope, just plain old monohydrate with carb.

There is enough literature out there showing that creatine is better absorbed with an insulin spike from carb. There is some new literature showing that the latest versions of creatine such as the ethyl ester malate is better absorbed, meaning you need lower doses (~2g) of creatine everyday during maintenance because it is absorbed better. However for the price they're sold for its still more cost effective to go with higher doses (5g-10g per day) of creatine monohydrate and carb.
