Getting started was created by skilpad
Hi there guys,

I'm skilpad, I'm 16 and I'm looking into getting into body building.

Currently at 68kg, 1.94 meters , and 20% bf :(

I'm looking at going on the Max-ot training program, but I have no idea what supplements to use. I don't want to sacrifice my health by using roids, and I would prefer not to be ripped off by the salesmen at the shops.

Any help?

Thanks,

skilpad

Well firstly 16 and roids is a no go so forget about that for the next 10 years or so. Max OT is the way forward. i posted a 3400 calorie bulking diet a few days ago-stick to that. Supplemts you need, Good Multivitamin, Flax seedOil (not he capsules) Get some Muscle Science Grow and Maybe some Evox Creatine fusion-take as directed.

No Preservatives. 100% Juice

Skillie, I think you should just again have a look at your BF% measurement - 1,94 meters, 68 kg and 20% BF does just not sound right. When I left school in 1987, I weighed 65kgs, 1,87 meters tall and NO fat - you could literally count my ribs!
