Hi guys, I have no interest in any supplement company so please don't read this as a recommendation.
Just giving props where its due
Last year I bought 2 (seemingly identical) 5kg bags of double choc Muscle Science "Muscle Mass" from Game in Fourways.
I opened the first bag and could immediately smell that there was something wrong with it!
I tried to drink it but it was just too unpleasant...!!!
Opened the second bag and it was the normal (decent tasting) muscle mass I'm used to.
This confirmed that it was not just my taste buds going mad.
Anyway, I contacted Muscle Science via their website and they were quick to contact me and offer their apologies and a replacement.
A very friendly chap from Acacia Health assisted me and he even hand delivered a fresh bag!
In addition, they investigated the problem once I gave them the bags serial numbers and identified the error. After which they thanked me for pointing it out and assured me that they will fix the problem with their suppliers.
So anyway, just wanna say well done to Muscle Science and Acacia Health for reacting so well to my complaint!
