Hi All

I struggle with whey proteins, give my stomach the rumbles. I tried nitro tech which worked well for build but i had to take 5 enzyme pill per glass and had serious bloat. im currently on:

Animal Whey isolates;
Evox Egg White protein
Evox oats / whey protein seems okay.

What can you guys suggest for bulking in my situation? I dont think the above is working as well as the old nitro tech did?

Suggestions?

whole food champ,chicken chicken and hold on chicken,and then some more, u will need to start eating fish and what u can do is look high protein soy products aswell,and also look at eating things like Quinoa,beans,oats and lentils as they also have loads of protein in a carb source...cant go wrong with that idea...

I didn't know there was enough lactose in the whey powders to still affect some people. Its so little per serving (3.4% from clover page).

My gf is lactose intolerant but the powders don't affect her. Shame bro, that sucks.

Supplement sa proteins sups are all lactose free. You should however try to get most and if possible all your dietary reqs out of food. If your doc diagnosed you with lactose intolerance then he should have pointed you in the direction of a good dietician. He/she will set you up with recipes and a proper diet to follow with your shitty situation. If you are in the CPT area drop your mail in the thread and I will send you details of my D.
