Creatine was created by roger
Hi,

what are your views on using Creatine while on a Test & Dbol cycle?

Thanks,
Roger!

Its a gay supplement that doesn't do much. You'll only be causing extra water retention - which it doesn't even do to me.

If it works for you, go ahead

Creatine works great. But seen you on Test and Dbol dont see the reason taking it.
Rather take it after you cycle.

Best place for advice and tips...If the link shows.. Look for Phill Heaths blog

I disagree with you wholeheartedly on that statement jakes. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most tested and succesful supplements available. Its bang for buck for sure. Of course its not gonna do the same things that anabolic steroids can do, but it is great for recovery and normally good for 2-3 kg...

Here are just a select few of the multitudes of clinical trials done on creatine monohydrate supplementation...
Walter (2000)
Tarnopolsky (2000)
Burke (2001)
Herda (2009)

Its no longer a question of does creatine work, but rather which works best, for which people, at which doses.
Considering the micro nutrients us bodybuilders include in a diet/supplementation for the minor effects they may produce, creatine is a guaranteed result. Not huge, but definateky proven.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Dunno about the joke part ...or the screw Phil Heath .

The man doesnt advertise on his blog and his blog is very helpful .

Creatine works. Fact. So do most of the suppliments he may or may not
advertise.

Cant compare Gear to suppliments ever..

Funny thing about creatine is that 99% of all trainers and gurus no matter who they are still put creatine in the athletes diet, guess its just there for them to waste money.

No DJ it's because it doesn't work... It doesn't create cell volume at all.

I think the biggest problem with Creatine's questionable effects with many is due to the poor quality chinese imported raw creatine that is sold by most companies. I only know a few that don't give me bloating and water retention. ON, Cell-Tech, CEE by Ondier(Tastes hectic though).
Most other brands leave me with kidney pains after a few weeks as well as extracellular water retention as opposed to the intra cellular water retention you should get whilst on Creatine.
