New to supplements ect . I'm thinking of taking creatine and a protein shake. Will that give results or not. Looking to gain lean muscle and not to become too big. Can someone suggest a diet to follow.

I have read most topics about it. But still not sure . Most of the topics turn into a debate and seems that opinions differ. Opened topic to get some new views on subject . More opinions needed .

Pretty straight forward answer to that... Yes. Those will give you some results.
But protein shakes are just supplementary to your diet, their role is making it easier for you to consume the required amount of protein, particularly pre and post workout. Creatine will give you some noticeble gains, but nothing hectic.

Thank you I will do that. Will take a while to make a program as I'm just starting with exersize. Haven't been serious about staying in shape before but time to change that. Will post eating program as soon as I can

Cool bro, good luck. The reason we prefer you to design your own with our help rather than just give you one, is because this way you will learn and understand more. And if you understand your diet you will stick to it better and gain more
