Kerri Toloczko, a USPlabs spokeswoman, said in a statement that “there have been over one billion doses of DMAA-containing products taken without a single corroborated serious” health problem among people who used the products as directed.

I think more people have died from taking Voltaren than this....

Used as directed i highly doubt that 1-2 scoop of Jack3d can kill u unless u have some other underlying heart condition.

I have used Jack3d for some time now and find it hard to believe that it would cause death even if an overdose was taken. I reckon it might cause you to vomit if you have too much, maybe a little head rush, but not a heart attack. I'm about to start using the Oxy Elite Pro as well as from what I am told, it is the most superior fat burner.

I think/hope that that article is incorrect

It will be quit a task to proof that it was the jack3d. There can be so many factors involved. Its just another product liability case and the courts are littered with them. 99% of them dont amount to anything but huge lawyer bills

Apparently DMAA is not that bad according to a new study.
