Hi

I am new to this forum and would like some advice on a really potent fat burner. I am trying to get into the fitness scene and really need to cut some body fat. I have tried heat but it just gives me a headache. I don't even feel more energetic. I would also like to know about appetite suppressants.

Clen and Yohimbine are great fat burners. Duromine is a popular appetite suppressant. Whats your diet?

Welcome cdg pleas help us assist you more by providing some of your stats, age, b/f,male or female, current training and diet.
There is no quick fix but if you are committed we can point you in the right direction.
FYI ECA stacks are quite inconsistent I recently tried ECA Gold and my first pack I was blown away by the strength but sadly the second one was seriously underdosed, Heat is the most consistent of all the ECA Stacks I have tried.

I try to keep my diet fairly healthy. I do have days that I just stay hungry and tend to eat rubbish on those days. I know I don't take in enough protein. I eat way too many carbs. I have tried Duromine but it does not help me at all. I was wondering how good lida daidaihui is? I just need to lose about 3-5 kgs.

Thanks for the reply. I am a female. I need to lose 3-5 kgs.
I eat fairly healthy. Well I try really hard but I tend to favor carbs. I do weight training 3-4 times a week. I run 20-25km a week, I do 10k races at least 2x a month. I also do Pilates almost everyday. I am a Pilates instructor.

I just need something that can suppress my appetite, burn fat and give me loads of energy.
