I read the first few paragraphs then lost interest. In my opinion nothing more than some sensationalist rambling. Even the lay out of the article shows this clearly. Keen to see what other members think if they manage to read further than I did. Maybe I missed out and should have kept reading but sounds like a lot of kak to me

If there wasn't a big 'buy my product' at the bottom I may have looked into it more.

What do you guys think about the whey shortage story? Is it going to get reakky expensive, will we have to start looking for other protein sources in terms of supplement or do you think supply will meet demand and prices will eventually level out again?

Oh and according to this my old man is secretly consuming whey as he has 'the gut'.

It should come right,but at the moment whey isolate raw materials are cheaper than whey concentrate...

MCJ you will probably find that concentrate being cheaper for the consumer means its in higher demand, the more demand the high the prices offered by the supplier. Isolate being more pricey in general may have the supplier sitting with excess and they want to move it off the shelf. That's my uneducated guess.

there is allot of bogus supps on the market though. so this article will make most people think twice about just putting any crap in their bodies.

Why is isolate more expensive then? Or is it because the isolate raw materials need more processing which is expensive?
