Muscle Tech Cell Tech

Ok so a friend got this as a present from his SO... He has seen very good gains in 3 weeks time.

I dont know the product at all. Would you guys recommend it? I have a very sensitive skin and would lik something that can boost me a little bit before my wedding(volumize me?). How about something like ssn crea-mass?

Anything from muscle tech is a waste of money, just get a cheap good quality creatine mono + glutamine.

you are paying hundreds of rands for dextrose that cost R25/kg

SSN-Creamass is a good post workout shake and all you need. You can even go a cheaper route and just get creatine mono and dextrose and use that post workout.

As stated celltech is just dextrose and creatine.

I've used Cell Tech, have not made much gains (at least not more than I have even when using monohydrate with oros!). Plus Cell Tech is WAY too sweet, I literally had to stop next to the side of the road more than once after walking home from the gym, because even the "strain" of walking made me want to puke up the stuff. It's horrible, and DEFINITELY not worth the R900+
