evox 3DT is cheap, R149, and I really like it.. No one believes me though ha ha.. Or you can look at the supps sa range, ganic and the new one inferno i think? They retail at R250-280.. Anything after that and it just gets pricey..

I've used Nutritech's Max Performance - www.nutritech.co.za/maximum-performance.html - it sells at around R250, and compares well with international products ingredient wise. The taste was a bit rough, but it did the job very well.

Not at Dischem yet, no. Have a look at their website though - there are several stockists in the Western Cape.

Their Cissus, for instance, is double the dosage of SuppSA for less money.

Currently using supplements sa version of jack3d and mw nitrogen x. Cost me R400 for both. Use a scoop each and dont seem to get the buzz or tingling but my workouts seem a little better...Esp now after havin a heavy crash, was on a short small test, deca, proviron cycle with nolva during and currently using as pct....When i came off cycle, i was heavily depressed and was popping too many valiums....First time felt such a crash, so quite happy with those 2 "cheap" pre-workout supps at the moment.

Like Juice said Caffeine is the best pre-workout.

If caffeine is on your banned list then you cannot use any pre-workout, as this is their main ingrediet!
If not, get caffeine pills like me and Juice, or drink good sweet wonderful coffee like me and the alphabet.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Apparently caffeine tables are better for preworkout since they are absorbed better.
Most pharmacies and some grocery stores sell 'Regmakes', cheap and effective caffeine tables for cardio and weight traing.

Supplements SA use to sell "caffein caps". Don't know if they still do. Dirt cheap. Check it out on supplement world
