OK so iam trying out this budget pre workout, just because these ingredients are known to work.

5 gram creatine mono
4 grams l taurine
5 grams bcca
5 grams beta alanine
one caffeine cap (150mg)

mixed into 400mls of grape juice

i get great energy and strength but i get soooo f**king itchy. its like ive been rolling on grass naked. gave my friend the same mix and he also felt itchy..

why? is my dosaging wrong?

na its just the beta alanine saying hi..

Common side effect from some of the things you taking and you could be experiecing urticaria, I have a similar issue. l turine will do this and the caffeine cap as well as beta alaine.

Other products that contain beta-alanine like Jac3d and muscle marinade gave me that "pins and needles" feeling. It's definitely the beta-alanine that causes this. You might be experiencing itchiness instead of pins and needles?

No I wouldn't 'man' up, if its an ugly feeling you are causing a skin irratation, take 1 of each product I stated above out and see if it goes away and identify the 'exact' product, or combo that is doing it. The tingly feeling is one thing, the itchyness is another.

I get itchy as hell from Beta Alinine but generally just push through it. Can handle it. But as there is a difference between itchy and uncomfortable. If u feel u can handle it then push through but if its really not nice then rather do what Pump suggested. As soon as a supplement makes you feel uncomfortable either reduce the dose or leave it. Your body could be telling you something and maybe you should listen. But only you will know if its bare able or not.

As an example: clen @ 80mcg is great for me but one day on 120mcg was uncomfortable as hell and I hated every second of it as the day progressed. Terrible feeling. To me that's not worth it and went back to 80mcg and have no probs. No clen and beta aline can't possibly be compared but its the same principle
