Food.

Mass gainers are usualy full of simple carbs which wont help that much.use pure whey protein and eat carbs like potato and rice or oats ect.whole foods are the best bro

I agree with VonD

But if you do choose use mass builders for convenience / digestibility etc, then the products from the trusted suppliers are all pretty similar.
Evox, Muscle Science, SSN

I personally just get whatever is on special

Happy drinking :)

After spending awhile on this site i decided to change my diet up and get some raw stuff from ondier. I'm up 5kg's and feeling great and im maintaining nicely, im healthier and my pocket doesnt have a hole in it B)

I don't think that the liver/fruit combonation was such a good idea. Just saying...

USN are frauds bro, so are biogen, how can you tell me you are producing a 100 % WHEY protein but when you look in the ingredients you can clearly see there is maltodextrin/dextrose in it which is a carb.

I share your (and most peeps here) opinion on USN. They are however very successful and no doubt making most of their money from the clueless. Where do you think their biggest market lies? The gym/weight training sector or the normal energy supps for the endurence sport market?

You've got that right! 100% man. They rely purely on marketing, and catch a lot of new guys with their catchy promises! I was their myself.

Hahaha lmao! Definatly not robbing people...I used to fall in their trap and believed a bunch of crap they told me. Their are products who don't advertise al all(or atleats I havnt seen any advertisments) that are much better quality. And don't forget cheaper!
