Lets say I take Ss training and divide them into 11 days then the days in between when I am not doing Ss training can I do arms, legs, back, chest and shoulders? Lets say you only do x2 exercises per muscle group and also abs

Day 5
Ss

Day 6
Chest

Day 7
Ss

Back

Day 9
Ss

so its just a stength building routine working with compound movements, why not just build those exercises into your current routine? strong muscles dont always result in big muscles just remember that. look at some power lifters, look like they have never stepped a day into the gym yet can squat and bench 4-5x their body weight. if your goal is to be strong then just do this routine, if your goals are to be strong and big build these exercises into your current work outs.
