The stepper was created by Bloody_One
The stepper seems to be popular machine amongst the peep who compete at my gym. I just find this machine so awkward to use. I don'tknow what to do on this machine :dry:

What do you do?

a) fast short steps
b) slower steps but deep steps.

i mix the two. When im tired then its slow deep steps.

BUT most of the time i avoid this machine like a plague :P

Im more of an orbitrek lady and started to enjoy my incline treadmill walks again.

I do HIIT cardio on the stepper daily. Best to do long strides for maximum Glute action, it's like doing step ups. 20mins on the stepper and I am 325 calories down dripping in sweat.

Also do HIIT cardio on it, I pull myself down to make it a bit harder.
