just curious on some training advice whilst on a cycle 'in terms of' rep range,number of sets and frequency of training specific muscle groups.....
we all know the basics in terms of rep ranges for cutting strength and building but anything else to be added ?

lots of weight, high rep range, about 40-50 sets per workout + tons of drop sets lol

Ok here is a valid response....

All depends on your stats, goals, cycle and calorie intake etc etc.
