Why don't u do this. Split your training into 4. Upper body strength. Upper body size and strength. Lower body strength. Lower body size and strength. Then alternate between them 3x a week. So Monday : upper body strength. Then Wednesday lower body strength. Then Friday upper body strength and size. Then the following week Monday lower body strength and size Wednesday upper body strength, then Friday lower body strength and size.

Your strength days use 6-8 reps for 3-4 sets per exercise. Then size and strength use 10-12 reps also 3-4 sets. For big muscles use 2 exercises compound is best for strength. And then 1 for biceps and triceps. Then size and strength 1 compound and 1 isolation. Abs and calves are done on lower body days. Both 2 exercises...

@DJ would you recommend doing deadlifts and bench on the same day? or rather split those two?

To be honest I wouldn't really do bench press to heavy, yes it's a great strength builder but how many guys have torn pecs doing bench press to heavy. Use dumbells.

Strength days do something like this :
Pull ups
Military press
Dumbell bench press(incline)
Bent over rows
Arnold press
Dips
Straight bar curls
push downs.

Then legs
Barbell squats
Lunges
Leg press
Deadlifts
Toe press super set seated calves
Cable crunches super set leg raises

Then on strength size days do
Bent over rows
Military press
Dumbell press
Lat pull downs
Side laterals
Flys
Incline dumbell curls
Kick backs

Then for legs
Squats
Lunges
Leg extensions
Lying hamstring curls
Standing calves super set with toe press
Swiss ball crunches super set with leg raises
