Just wondering who follows different training programs and changes them every couple of months. And who changes keeps the compound movements but changes the rest of every session up a bit?

I do. Always do front squats, deadlifts, abs, pullups, push-ups, calf-raises. The rest I change as I feel. I don't vary it as much as the pro's say you should though - prefer routine

I try train every session differently or I would step foot in a gym due to boredom. I might even take old the old Arnold encyclopedia

I like to switch things up every 4 weeks as long as u are progressing even if it's the same exercises in a different order it shocks the body a little, always good to change when u want to keep yourself going otherwise it becomes tedious and mundane
