300 workout

Hi
So on occasion I've been doing the 300 workout which is
-25 wide-grip pull-ups
-50 dead-lifts with 40-60kg
-50 push-ups
-50 box jumps
-50 1-arm clean and jerk(I think it is) with a light weight(25each arm)
-50 floor wipers
-25 wide-grip pull-ups

Really intense workout

Anyone tried this workout ? Is it a cardio based workout or can it be a muscle building workout, obviously depends on diet but the intensity seems likes its cardio based and I do it as fast as I can ?

Its a conditioning workout. Its all I do really, although I don't lift the weights anymore. It will make you lose fat that's for sure.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Try:

5 pullups - PROPER WIDE GRIP.
10 pressups
15 squats

As many rounds as possible in 20min and see how many you get.

Sounds simple but you will be hanging out if you crank the intensity.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Friday night routine:
3 minutes on the heavy bag
30 seconds crunches
10 squats/bench step
1 minute jump rope
repeat..
