Hey chaps.
I am on week 2 of this program and I must say I am enjoying it!
The volume is pretty high, so make sure you have the time as alot of the excercises start with
a 30 rep warm up..and there are quite a few supersets..so a less busy gym would be more ideal!
I was pretty sore after the first week which shows I wasn't reaching my full potential before this program.
Also must add that with most things I might add in an excercise for example shrugs, pec deck...which the program doesn't have..
Anyways, hope this proves useful to someone, I am enjoying it!
