Splitting training programs was created by Waldu
Hi guys,

I recently started working shifts and thinking about splitting up my training programs. I usually do my chest and biceps together. What I'm thinking of doing is doing chest in the morning and chest at night. So basically doing two sessions a day with one muscle group instead of doing one session with two muscle groups.

Do you think there is any benefit or down side to this.

Thanks in advance

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary
