Hi guys

Wanted to know the following:-

I'm currently weight training on a four time a week training program, also doing a beginner bulking cycle using a lean mass diet. Hoping to gain 6 kg in the next few months. My question is, 1. is it ok to do a mountain bike ride on a Saturday only, and could I still do a 3 hour mtb ride. 2. If so, could I use that as a leg day work out?

Any input will be greatly appreciated?

There is so many wrongs in that question. The pumps from dbols.......that hurts just thinking about it.

I dont know where to begin because your activity contradicts your planned cycle. Nothing will happen to you when you cycle except for possible unbearable muscle pumps and then possible cramping. Dbols is the worst choice of steroid for endurance sport ever !

Next time plan your cycle around your activity/sport/program/sexlife

Consider equipoise with low dose test for endurance sports. (NOT IF YOU COMPETE PROFESSIONALLY)

Dosages are dependent on your stats and activity.

Yea those dbol pumps could be a real pain the ass. Not a great idea. Take plenty of potassium and magnesium electrolytes and taurine and hope for the best or switch to tbol. Eat 2000 calories more on Saturday but don't overdo the sodium.

Your still going to need to have a legs day on like the Wednesday. 3hrs of cardio are hardly going to build your legs.
